“Coffee With Jesus” face to face meetings are suspended but can be accessed via Zoom.  Watch the Facebook page above for invitations and log in information.

Palm Sunday Worship — Live Start 9 a.m. at Facebook page. We will e-mail out the worship again this week and do a live intro that starts with the Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem. St. James has palms, and we will be leaving them strewn at the red door entry on Sunday Morning to symbolically remind us of the journey of Jesus into Jerusalem.

Maundy Thursday — 7 p.m. Live Stream on Facebook — On this evening we normally gather to be reminded of the call to servanthood as Jesus washes the feet of the disciples and shares the meal. At St. James, we will live stream this event at the Facebook page link posted abover, and we ask you to participate in your home.
Have a bowl of water and and towel prepared, as a visible sign in front of you.
Have a glass of wine and some bread prepared on your good china if you desire to join in the breaking of bread.
Intern Sarah will do a reminder of the story of the footwashing and a message.
Pastor Merle will institute the meal with you in the live feed to share in your home
Good Friday — 7 p.m. Live Stream — Pastor Merle will read the Passion Story on live stream that night. Hear the words once again, adapted from the Walter Wangerin’s “Children’s Story Bible.” Same link for the live feed on Facebook as above.

St. James welcomes all of God’s children with open arms; we embrace people of all colors, race, disability or economic background.  St. James welcomes persons of all sexual orientations and gender identities to share in the worship of God and the work of God’s dominion.
